Amplify Energy Corp has entered into a merger agreement to acquire North Peak Oil & Gas, LLC and Century Oil and Gas Sub-Holdings, LLC, where existing shareholders will own approximately 61% and new shareholders will own 39% of the combined company, issuing 26,729,315 shares of common stock as part of the deal.
