On September 2, 2025, Chief Financial Officer Sandra Wallach of Amprius Technologies, Inc. announced her retirement, effective upon the appointment of her successor, who is expected to be in place by the end of Q4 2025. Wallach will remain involved in a consulting role during the transition process.
