On January 5, 2026, Ambiq Micro, Inc. appointed Dr. Bernard B. Banks as a new director on the Board, increasing its size from six to seven members. Dr. Banks, a retired Brigadier General with extensive leadership experience, will also serve on the Audit Committee.
