ALT5 Sigma Corp signed a non-binding term sheet to acquire Soin Bioscience LLC, which has developed a clear patch pain medication technology, as part of its subsidiary Alyea's strategy for non-addictive pain management. The acquisition is pending due diligence and other customary conditions.
