On January 21, 2026, Alta Equipment Group Inc. entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Mill Road Capital, allowing Mill Road to appoint a board observer, who owns about 13.4% of the company’s shares. This agreement will last until about 15 business days before the 2027 annual meeting unless terminated earlier.
