Avalon GloboCare Corp. entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement with Wenzhao Lu, where the Purchaser acquired 30% of the membership interests of Avalon RT 9 Properties for $3,000,000, with an option to purchase an additional 70% for up to $7,000,000.
