On March 7, 2025, Avalon Globocare Corp. entered into a merger agreement with YOOV Group Holding Limited, where YOOV will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Avalon, with the merger expected to complete in Q3 2025, subject to conditions. Avalon will also change its name to YOOV, Inc. and has filed amendments to eliminate certain preferred stocks and adjust its bylaws regarding stockholder meeting quorums.
