AGM Group Holdings, Inc. reported that on September 5, 2025, it entered into an Equity Transfer Agreement to sell its wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary AGM Technology Limited for $6,850,000 to an unrelated party, Mr. Peng Liu. This transaction is subject to certain closing conditions.
