On March 30, 2026, Ambev S.A. reported its net profits of R$ 15.5 billion for 2025 and approved compensation amounts of R$ 162 million for management in 2026, to be presented at the shareholders' meeting on April 30, 2026. Additionally, 2,026,133 new shares were issued, increasing capital stock to R$ 58.3 billion.
