EF Hutton Acquisition Corp I has entered into a Satisfaction and Discharge Agreement with EF Hutton and Humble Imports Inc, settling deferred underwriting commission and PIPE placement agent fee with a cash payment and issuance of restricted shares of the Company's Common Stock.
