Monterey Capital Acquisition Corp entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to acquire certain equity securities of DeliveryCircle, LLC for up to $5,234,788.00, representing 46% of the equity interests and 57% of the voting interests in DeliveryCircle.
