Aurora Technology Acquisition Corp. has entered into a Business Combination Agreement with DIH Holding US, Inc., and will change its name to DIH Holding US, Inc. after the Closing. The Class A common stock of New DIH will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol DHAI.
