Innovative International Acquisition Corp. (IOAC) will re-domesticate into a Delaware corporation and be renamed Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. after the approval of the Business Combination by IOAC shareholders. Mohan Ananda, Evelyn D'an, Graham Gullans, David Ishag, Swatick Majumdar, Madan Menon, and Greg Moran will be elected as members of the board of directors of New Zoomcar.
