On January 6, 2026, Compass Digital Acquisition Corp. entered into a merger agreement with Titan Holdings Corp. to combine with Key Mining Corp. as part of a business combination. Following this deal, both companies will become subsidiaries of a newly formed publicly traded entity, Pubco.
