Hepion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Pharma Two B Ltd. and Pearl Merger Sub, Inc., in which Merger Sub will merge with and into the Company, with the Company surviving as a subsidiary of Parent.
