Vital Energy, Inc. completed the acquisition of oil and gas properties from Maple Energy Holdings, LLC, Henry Resources, LLC, Henry Energy LP, Moriah Henry Partners LLC, Tall City Property Holdings III LLC, and Tall City Operations III LLC. They also entered into a purchase and sale agreement with Granite Ridge Holdings LLC, GREP IV-A Permian, LLC, and GREP IV-B Permian, LLC to purchase additional working interests in producing assets associated with the Henry Acquisition.
