Civitas Resources, Inc. was merged into SM Energy Company on January 30, 2026, with Civitas shareholders receiving 1.45 shares of SM Energy common stock for each share of Civitas. This merger resulted in the delisting of Civitas stock from the New York Stock Exchange effective February 9, 2026.
