On September 1, 2025, Air Lease Corporation entered into a merger agreement to be acquired by Gladiatora Designated Activity Company, in which shareholders will receive $65.00 per share in cash. This merger, supported by significant equity and debt financing commitments totaling around $17.5 billion, will transform Air Lease into an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Gladiatora.
