On April 23, 2025, AZUL S.A. announced the allocation results of its primary public offering, issuing 464,089,849 preferred shares for R$ 1.66 billion, increasing its total capital to R$ 7.13 billion. The shares will start trading on April 25, 2025, with additional warrants granted to subscribers.
