On January 12, 2026, Richard Hunter departed as President and COO of DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd, and Aaron Merkin was appointed as the new Chief Technology Officer. Hunter is entitled to severance benefits as outlined in his Executive Employment Agreement.
