On April 1, 2025, Camber Energy's subsidiary Viking Energy entered into a Share Subscription Agreement that reduced its ownership in Simson-Maxwell from 60.5% to 49%, resulting in deconsolidation of Simson from Camber's financial statements. T&T Power Group acquired a controlling interest in Simson and will provide additional working capital.
