On May 14, 2025, Nuo Therapeutics, Inc. amended its Distribution Agreement with Smith+Nephew, allowing them to temporarily sell Nuo Aurix products to select customers for a commission, valid until December 31, 2025. This amendment will supplement the ongoing distribution terms established in a previous agreement dated March 31, 2025.
