AppTech Payments Corp. entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement with Alliance Partners, LLC to purchase all of the Seller's interest in Alliance Partners for a total consideration of $2,000,000 in cash and assuming the obligations and liabilities of Alliance Partners.
