On December 12, 2024, Brazilian Distribution Company approved an increase in its capital stock by R$ 140.53 through the issuance of 14,945 new common shares, raising the total capital to R$ 2,511,168,185.30. The board also updated diversity and governance policies and set the corporate calendar for 2025.
