Aspira Women's Health Inc. has notified Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. that it is suspending the prospectus supplement related to the Company’s common stock. The Company will not make any sales of the common stock unless a new prospectus supplement is filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. However, the Sales Agreement remains in full force.
