Zydus Wellness has received an injunction order from the Delhi High Court restraining the company from using the trademark Sugarlite. The company has ceased the usage of the trademark and it has contributed less than 1.5% of the companys gross turnover in the financial year 2022-23. The company has filed an appeal in the Supreme Court of India.
