Wockhardt Ltd received a settlement order from SEBI for non-disclosure of interim outcome of USFDA inspection in 2013, settling charges without admission or denial of findings of fact and conclusions of law in Show Cause Notice, with payment of INR 36,70,875 in respect of the Company and INR 13,32,500 each on behalf of the Directors.
