VRL Logistics Ltd has appointed M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP as statutory auditors for 5 years starting from the conclusion of its 42nd AGM on August 6, 2025, following the retirement of M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP. Additionally, Mr. R. Parthasarathy has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for the same term.
