Voltas Ltd. has approved the proposal of raising funds through issuance of Rs. 500 crores worth of Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on Private Placement basis for the capital expenditure of the Companys new manufacturing plants at Chennai and Waghodia in Gujarat.
