Voltas Ltd has executed Business Transfer Agreements for transferring its Dubai and Abu Dhabi overseas branches to its wholly owned subsidiary, Universal MEP Contracting L.L.C., with the transaction expected to occur by March 31, 2026, subject to conditions. This follows a prior Board approval communicated on March 13, 2025.
