Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd has appointed Prof. Jitendra Kantilal Shah as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and Prof. Ashok Misra and Ms. N. Alamelu as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years; the company also re-appointed existing Independent Directors for another five years, while Mr. K.Ullas Kamath will complete his term as Independent Director on 28th October 2024 and wont seek re-appointment.
