UTI Asset Management Company Ltd has resubmitted the intimation for the allotment of 2,442 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, which was originally approved on 3rd March 2025. This increases the company's paid-up share capital to 1,27,96,26,970 shares.
