TCPL Packaging Ltd has invested Rs. 1.00 crore to acquire 18,200 equity shares in its wholly-owned subsidiary Creative Offset Printers Private Limited, which is engaged in mobile phone packaging. This investment does not change the existing shareholding percentage.
