TCC Concept Ltd has approved acquiring an additional 98.98% stake in Pepperfry through the purchase of 9,225 compulsorily convertible preference shares and 14,52,527 equity shares, effective from October 31, 2025, and will increase its preferential issue to 1,18,55,560 equity shares accordingly.
