TML Holdings, a subsidiary of Tata Motors, has entered into an agreement to sell its entire shareholding of 60% in Tata Motors (SA) to Tata Africa Holdings. The sale will be completed by October 3, 2023, and Tata Motors (SA) will no longer be a subsidiary of Tata Motors from that date.
