Tata Motors Ltd has amended its Memorandum and Articles of Association for a share capital reduction scheme, cancelling 50,85,02,896 A Ordinary Shares worth Rs 1,01,70,05,792 and modifying its capital structure to include new Ordinary Shares and Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares as per its scheme effective from September 1, 2024.
