Tata Motors has announced the cancellation of 50,85,02,896 A Ordinary Shares and the issuance of new Ordinary Shares, effective September 1, 2024, following the approval of a Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal. The authorized share capital will be amended to INR 10,000 Crore, consisting of 500 Crore Ordinary Shares and 30 Crore Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares.
