SUDITI Industries Ltd. has entered into a deed of assignment acquiring trademarks and social media handles from Gini & Jony Limited, and approved the sale of its entire stake of 1.2 million shares in Suditi Sports Apparels Limited, which will no longer be a subsidiary after the sale.
