SUDITI INDUSTRIES LTD. has approved the sale of its entire stake of 12,00,000 equity shares in its subsidiary, Suditi Sports Apparels Limited, which will cease to be a subsidiary after the sale; the company will also acquire intellectual property from Gini & Jony Limited and plans to defer fundraising discussions for better market alignment.
