Styrenix Performance Materials Ltd announced that CARE Ratings has reaffirmed its long-term and short-term bank facilities ratings of CARE A+ and CARE A1+, respectively, totaling Rs. 650 crore, and placed them on Rating Watch with Developing Implications following its planned acquisition of INEOS Styrolution (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
