State Trading Corporation of India Ltd has received a three-month extension from the Registrar of Companies to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2024-25, initially due by March 31, 2025, due to expected delays in financial accounts approval. The new date for the AGM will be announced later.
