SRF Limited disclosed that the tax authorities demand a reversal of ITC credit amounting to Rs. 18,62,930, with an additional penalty of Rs. 1,86,293, related to the slump sale of its Engineering Plastics Business during 2019-20; however, the company plans to appeal the decision and believes there will be no material impact on its financials.
