SP Refractories Limited has informed the Exchange that they are listed on the Start-up Segment under Emerge Platform of NSE and therefore the Corporate Governance Provisions including Regulation 23 as prescribed under Regulation 15 (2) shall not apply to their Company. They are not required to submit the Related Party Transaction disclosures for the period ended 30th September, 2023.
