Sportking India Ltds Board approved the merger consideration of Marvel Dyers and Sobhagia Sales, and plans to invest Rs. 12.09 Crores for a 26% stake in Evincea Renewable Two Pvt Ltd to establish a 40.3 MW solar power plant, expecting power cost savings of 10-12%. The financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2024, were also approved.
