Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd has approved the allotment of 10,26,228 equity shares under the ESOP Plan, increasing the issued and paid-up share capital of the company. They have also granted 68,49,400 Employee Stock Options to eligible employees under the ESOP 2023.
