Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd clarified that they are not engaged in any material negotiations to acquire the rail engineering business of Escorts Kubota and confirmed the approval to launch a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of Rs 2,000 crore, while stating that all necessary disclosures will be made according to regulations.
