Softtech Engineers Ltd has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on December 5, 2024, to buy 12,000 equity shares from the Rajadhyakshas, acquiring 100% ownership of Envee Information Technology Private Limited; Softtech will hold 80% and Gaurav Waghmare 20% of the shares post-transaction.
