Sobha Limited has appointed Mr. Nisanth M N as a Deputy Managing Director and reappointed Ms. Srivathsala K N as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective from January 1 and January 3, 2025, respectively, while Mr. Vinit Kumar Ladha has resigned as Internal Auditor and Mr. Ashish Dugar has been appointed in his place, effective immediately.
