Sobha Limiteds Q2 FY25 earnings call highlighted total real estate sales of ₹3,052 crores in the first half, with ₹1,179 crores in Q2 alone, and a significant sales performance in Kerala with a record of 0.3 million square feet sold for ₹338 crores, as well as a 32% increase in average price realization compared to last year.
