Sky Gold And Diamonds Ltd's subsidiary, Starmangalsutra Pvt Ltd, will acquire a 51% stake in Shri Rishab Gold, a jewellery manufacturer, for approximately Rs. 10 Crores, with a turnover of Rs. 48.9 Crores as of March 31, 2025. This non-binding agreement was made on October 18, 2025.
